Information

Aussensanierung eines alten Patrizierhauses. Der Anwurf wurde mit Fixit 670 und ganzer Fläche mit Armanet getätigt. Aerogel Hochleistungsdämmputz mit einer Schichtdicke von 3 cm, Netzeinbettung Fixit 223 und abschliessend Deckputz Fixit 223. Bei der Sockelpartie wurden PIR-Platten verwendet.

The school building dating from 1884 was comprehensively renovated. Energy efficient repair of the façade using Fixit 222 Aerogel High Performance Insulating Plaster.

Since no significant changes to the appearance of the façade were permitted, the decision was made to use Fixit 222 Aerogel High Performance Insulating Plaster.

Old town council building, Zumikon

Renovation of the outdoor features of an old patrician house. Fixit 670 roughcast with Armanet over the entire area, 3cm layer of Fixit 222 Aerogel High Performance Insulating Plaster, Fixit 223 mesh embedding and then Fixit 203 final coat. PIR panels used for base cladding.

Renovation of old school building, Igis GR

This object was insulated on the inside with 100 mm Fixit 222 high-performance thermal insulation plaster. In the basement, the exterior walls were renovated on the inside with Fixit 210 Hydroment. The facade was fully embedded with Fixit 462 and plastered with Fixit203 plaster with hydraulic lime.
