The mineral-based, cement free, spray-on mortar improves the adhesion of subsequent plaster layers and evens out the absorbency of the substrate. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Fixit 281 makes economic renovations possible. Its natural components deliver a comfortable living atomosphere suitable for those suffering allergies.
Faubourian building
The venerable vintner's house was restored in a gentle fashion. The façade and roof structure were renovated in accordance with current techniques.

Gable with brick support, application of a levelling plaster support with Fixit 281 and Fixit 222 insulating plaster 30mm thick.
Brick masonry
Interior renovation: The entire property is a listed building. For this reason, a gentle interior renovation was considered.
